How to Lose 10 Lbs Fast - Quick Weight Loss Tips

Here's how to lose 10 lbs fast with some of my best quick weight loss tips. I'm going to give you some exercise tips because when I talk to my new clients, a lot of them devote enough time to exercise for weight loss... but it just isn't happening.

How to Lose 10 Lbs Fast With Exercise

1. Short mini-workouts are USUALLY better than longer workouts for weight loss

What is a short mini-workout. I consider any workout under 10 minutes a mini-workout. However, I do 1 better and make sure my clients never have to workout for more than 5 minutes in a row... unless they do a specific type of walking I recommend.

Anyway, for short workouts, I suggest you jump on a mini-trampoline, hula hoop, and do hindu squats. For the first 2, you can do them 1-2 minutes at a time. Perfect for busy women. For hindu squats, I recommend you do them for 5 minutes straight.

Jumping on a mini-trampoline and hula hooping are pretty much self-explanatory. I do those 2 exercises during tv commercials to save even more of my time. I get in at least 20 minutes a day.

For hindu squats (fast bodyweight squats), I do them 5 minutes a day... usually before I take a shower.

Before you jump right into doing 5 minutes, practice with doing 2-3 minutes. Here's your goal... get at least 20 squats per minute. So for 2 minutes, 40 squats... for 3 minutes, 60 squats. Obviously, if you do them for 5 minutes you'll need to do 100 squats minimum.

If you can't get to those goals right away, don't worry. Just keep practicing the movement.

2. Incline walking

This is the special type of walking I highly recommend. Why? Because it's great for fast weight loss compared to "normal" walking. This will take a little more of your time and you'll need either a hill or preferably a treadmill that you can incline to 10-15 degrees. Then just walk on it for 15-20 minutes a day.

If you want to know how to lose 10 lbs fast, I urge you to give up "normal" type of cardio exercises and replaced them with these quick weight loss tips so that not only will you know how to lose weight quickly... you'll actually lose the weight.

Fast Weight Loss Can Happen, But It Takes Several Key Ingredients To Make It Happen

Fast weight loss can happen, but it takes several key ingredients to make it happen. First, you will need an effective weight loss plan. A real plan of what you are going to do to make it happen should be written down, presenting detailed examples. Then, you'll need something to motivate you. You'll also need your doctor's approval. Throughout the weight loss trip, you also need to keep your goals in mind. To help you, here are some tips that can help you to lose weight fast.

1.Balance your diet with good vegetables and fruits. Fruits can help to curb that sugar and sweet craving you have. Vegetables contain antioxidants which clean out your system, including your arteries. Add these to your diet in larger amounts as they both offer many fewer calories.

2.Get into enjoyable exercise. No one said you have to pop in a video of aerobic exercises to get in the exercise you need. Find something that you enjoy that's physical. If you like to swim, get a membership to the local pool. If you like to walk or bike ride, check out the local parks.

3.Don't try to do it alone. When you exercise and diet alone, your motivation levels go up and down. Find a good friend who has the same aims, to do it with. You'll challenge each other and you'll keep each other motivated to lose the weight.

How can these things help you to lose weight fast?

Four Weight Loss Tips to Help You in Your Diet

1) Try to have a clear idea of how many calories you need per week. Consider your metabolism and the sport and work activities you do in a week. Once you have the number, take off 500 calories and that will be you weekly limit. About 70 calories less per day is the ideal way to lose weight at the right pace for the body.

2) Same rule, but from the other point of view: do not lose weight too quickly. Actually, you should forget the phrase "lose weight" altogether. The weight you lose could be water or muscles. If the water you lose is in excess, it is a good thing, otherwise it will be naturally taken back by the body. Losing muscles is actually dangerous. Replace "lose weight" with "lose fat", that is what you really need to get rid of. Besides, the less you eat, the lower your metabolism will be.

3) Our body needs fat, it is one of the main macronutrients, and about 15% of our calories intake should come from it. Reduce it intake but do not eliminate it altogether, choose vegetable rather than animal fat.

4) Burn at least 300 calories per day with work or sport activities. Ideally you should work out 6 days per week, three of aerobic work out and three of weight workout. Aerobic workout is important to burn calories, whereas weights help increase muscles and increase metabolism level. This in turn is like having a car with a more powerful engine, which will need more fuel (= calories) to work.

Lose 10 Pounds in a Week - Drinking Water and Weight Loss

Have you ever struggled to lose weight? Maybe you are on a diet program and you exercise everyday, but still fail to lose any significant weight. But wait a minute. There could be a reason why shedding excess pounds is so hard. Do you know that your body can store 5 to 10 pounds of water weight? Before you go on any weight loss program, let's discuss how drinking water and weight loss go hand and hand.

The problem why most people cannot lose weight is that they do not drink enough water. You must understand that the human body is roughly 70 to 75 percent water so you must give it what it wants. The body works in this manner. Let's say for instance you only drink 2 glasses of water a day. This clearly is not enough water for the body to function properly. The body needs that water to survive so it will go into "storing mode". Once in storing mode, the body will collect as much water that it can out of juices, sodas and other drinking products. The body will even try to absorb water through your pores during a shower just to get what it craves. So the little water your body is collecting over time is being stored and stored, which causes an increase in weight.

So what is the solution? The solution is to drink plenty of water daily. At least 8 glasses of water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated. When your body adjusts to the constant flow of water its taking in it thinks, "Well I have plenty of water coming in, I can get rid of the excess". The body will then allow more water to leave the body, allowing you to lose the water weight that is holding you down.

It is recommended that before your start any weight loss program, you should drink plenty of water routinely. Drinking plenty of water will not only shed 10 - 15 pounds off of you quickly, it will also cleanse your body of radicals and contaminants.
